Dr. Heba Elnazer

Founder’s message

Revive was built to transform chronic care management to an organized system based approach. Patients are at the center of this system with tailored treatment plans, clear health goals and measurable outcomes.

This is a health system that empowers patients through the entire program to see their health in a different perspective, work towards a goal and get educated and supported along the way by their team of doctors.

For us, technology is utilized to create a platform where all this is possible, by enabling close follow ups anywhere, open channels of communication and an entire health map at the palm of the patient’s hand

Why chronic diseases need a system approach

A Chronic disease has multiple effects on each patient because they are usually associated with the following factors:

-Biochemical imbalances

-Long duration

-Multiple organ affection

-Rooted habits

-Unhealthy lifestyle

A system that allows doctors to monitor patients’ progress easily and allows patients to be engaged enough in a targeted treatment plan is needed. All this while empowering the patients with the appropriate tools and knowledge to help them gain control of their health.
