Our Precautions to Keep Revive Members Safe
Before Your Visit
Our precautions begin even before you come in. This is because 80% of our care is provided remotely keeping you safe, physically distant but virtually closer. The only physical contact with you is for the physical examination visit, & annual review. In case of renewal, this will require a third meeting. The rest of your consultations will be planned through the virtual platform.
- The initial call to set the appointment will also include:
1. A triage to check any symptoms indicating covid-19 infection.
2. Emphasizing the precautionary measures taken within the clinic.
The Triage
The patient is asked how they feel, whether they suffer from any respiratory infection symptoms such as: rise in temperature, cough, chills, runny nose, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, headache or tightness in the chest. We also ask about gastrointestinal symptoms like diarrhea.
Inside the Clinic
The clinic undergoes a thorough sanitization process, before and after every single patient's visit. Every patient is assigned their own gown and bedsheet.
You’re given overshoes to wear, on arrival.
You will go through a guided route which takes you to the restroom for hand washing.
You’re handed a facemask in case you don't already have one.
You’ll be given hand-sanitizer, after wearing your facemask.
You’ll be handed your own gown for the physical examination.
You’re urged to speak as minimally as possible to reduce any risk of transmitting the infection.
How We Responded to COVID-19
During the First Month of the Pandemic
We went 100% virtual to keep everyone safe
We created Remote Monitoring Plans for suspected Covid-19
We extended working hours to support our members’ needs.
We collaborated with renowned names in Mental and Child Health to ensure families’ needs are covered.
For Recovered Patients
We applied our protocol for managing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome to support long-haulers (patients who recovered from Covid-19 but have other debilitating effects).
