Dr. Heba ElNazer
Internal Medicine Physician | Founder, Revive Medical Group
Dr Heba Elnazer is an Internal Medicine physician with 20 years of experience in complex and chronic disease care and the founder of Revive Medical Group.
She founded Revive to develop a more structured, physician-led approach to patients whose health problems cross conventional specialty boundaries. The model brought together detailed clinical assessment, investigation, risk identification, multidisciplinary input and longitudinal follow-up, with an emphasis on understanding the patient as a whole rather than addressing individual problems in isolation.
Her earlier postgraduate work included research and clinical observation at the Continuum Center for Health and Healing in New York as part of her postgraduate research in Internal Medicine, under the supervision of Dr Martin Ehrlich, who served as an external international supervisor for her thesis. She subsequently completed a summer fellowship and clinical observership at the UCLA Center for East-West Medicine, with particular exposure to multidisciplinary approaches to chronic pain, fibromyalgia and other complex chronic conditions.
Over more than a decade building Revive, Dr Elnazer’s work expanded beyond individual patient care into clinical-system design, multidisciplinary care, healthcare entrepreneurship and digital health. She developed the 7 Steps clinical model and later Detect, a structured diagnostic programme designed to bring clinical history, investigations and risk assessment together into a more coherent evaluation.
She also co-founded Evoke Labs, a blood diagnostics laboratory established to explore innovative diagnostic pathways and expand the use of advanced and precision testing in clinical care.
These experiences increasingly shaped her interest in how emerging scientific and technological tools can improve the understanding of individual disease risk and complex clinical decision-making.
Dr Elnazer has accepted a place on the MSc in Genomic Medicine at Imperial College London, commencing in September 2027. Her developing academic interests include the clinical translation of genomics and pharmacogenomics, the integration of genomic, phenotypic and longitudinal health information, and the responsible application of artificial intelligence to clinical decision-making.
Her longer-term professional direction lies at the intersection of Internal Medicine, genomic and precision medicine, and emerging technologies, while preserving the central role of physician judgement, interpretation and accountability in patient care.
